There are times when a church has problems that seem to be impossible. It may be to the advantage of the church to have a Conflict Management Professional to lead them through a self-study to resolve tensions and divisions. The association can provide guidance in such a case. The association is able to refer the church to Christian professionals who have been trained in Conflict Management.
